I balance warmth and empathy with practical, skills-based work. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools you can use in your day-to-day life. I often incorporate approaches like CBT and DBT to help with emotional regulation, communication, and navigating difficult thoughts or situations.

I tailor my approach to each person, rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Whether you're looking for structure and concrete strategies or a space to process and reflect, we will adjust our work to meet your needs and goals.

I also value transparency and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. I welcome feedback and encourage open conversations about what is or isn’t working, so we can make sure therapy feels helpful and aligned with what you’re looking for.

My style is affirming, especially for clients who are part of LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC communities, or alternative relationship structures. I work with adults 18+ and couples of various structures. My goal is to help you feel empowered, build confidence in yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
